What is the Restore?

The Valdosta-Lowndes County Habitat for Humanity ReStore sells donated (new and used) building and home improvement materials, furniture and household items to the public.

Our ReStore serves four purposes:

  • Generate funds to support the construction of houses.

  • Provide a source of inexpensive construction materials to the community.

  • Save businesses the expense associated with scrapping surplus materials.

  • Allow individuals to make a tax-deductible donation of items that are new or slightly used.
